Angela D. Tobaygo

Ms. Tobaygo’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of South Florida, and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Florida State University. She has resided in the Sarasota area for most of her life, she attended Pine View School, and she is fluent in Spanish. Upon completion of her studies, Ms. Tobaygo worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Sarasota County, where she was a misdemeanor and juvenile prosecutor for several years. Since leaving the prosecutor’s office, Ms. Tobaygo has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, family law, domestic violence, and criminal defense. She currently handles all aspects of family law within the Sarasota family law firm, including but not limited to: dissolution of marriage and paternity actions; establishment or modification of child support, alimony, child custody and visitation; the defense or prosecution of contempt and enforcement actions; and child relocation, among additional areas within family law.
